We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, spacious, and had good air conditioning. The location was convenient with nearby restaurants, shopping, and transportation options. We enjoyed the free bike rentals and the beautiful view of the lake. The breakfast had a decent selection of Thai and Western foods, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained.

The sign in the reception area advertised coffee which was not available. The parking was limited but security watched the nearby lot which was a bit of a hassle.

Spent my Xmas in eastern Thailand. the views of the nearby lake were wonderful. the room we received was clean and spacious and offered a balcony with a nice view. the hotel was conveniently located near several local businesses and restaurants, which was great. We rented bikes from the hotel, explored the neighbourhood and had a great time. Another advantage was the 24-hour complimentary access to coffee and cold drinks.

: The staff was a little too busy attending to other guests during check-in and that made it a little hard for me to check in for the festive season activities. the breakfast variety was limited and not as satisfying as I had hoped.

Located near plenty of restaurants, shopping centers, and a lake, the hotel is ideally situated. the clean and spacious rooms, equipped with comfortable beds and balconies overlooking a lush tropical landscape, make for a pleasant stay. the staff is helpful and friendly, and the free bike rental is a great perk for exploring the neighborhood.
